Quick note about Megahaulin’ Classics

An astute reader pointed out that the first several episodes of Megahaulin Classics were not available in the public feed. It was learned that this was due to some content expiration configurations on the podcast hosting side.

It looks like the only way to bring this missing episodes back from the grave is the republish them again with a current date and then sort them into the proper timeline. This means that some of you who automatically download older episodes will see some additional content in your feed.

Apologies in advance. Please feel free to listen and laugh at the older content, just like we do!

Hope everyone is enjoying the Megahaulin Classics. For those not familiar, we needed to take down the original episodes so we could clean them up. Its been a labor of love to revisit each of the episodes, but some of them really mark some awesome milestones in the Star Realms online community.

Today the Special Gambit episode featuring MazerRackham was posted. It remains one of my all time favorite Megahaulin episodes. His strategy insights are concise and illumination. Everyone should listen to this one, even if they’ve already heard it.

Megahaulin Classics

November of 2014 was the birth of one of the most fun projects I’ve worked on to date. During that month, I had discovered the online Star Realms app and was desperate to talk with other folks who were as obsessed with the game as I was. Thus was Megahaulin born.

We started off humbly enough, but probably broke some copyright rules and as such elected to take down our older episodes till we could get those things sorted out.

Megahaulin Classics is a labor of love that will take some time. I’m working out a mechanism to simplify, but in the end, it is a lot of work to produce even a few of these episodes. I’ve recorded a brief intro to the project and hope that you all enjoy revisiting this wonderful time in the history of online Star Realms.
